Mithran Jawahar wrote and directed the Tamil comedy drama film Thiruchitrambalam. Dhanush, Raashi Khanna, Nithya Menen, Priya Bhavani Shankar, Prakash Raj, and Bharathiraja star in the film. Sun Pictures is the production company founded by Kalanithi Maran. Anirudh Ravichander composed the film’s music, while Om Prakash handled cinematography and Prasanna GK edited it.
Sun TV has acquired the satellite rights to the film Thiruchitrambalam, while Sun NXT and Netflix have acquired the streaming rights.
The film will be released in theatres worldwide on August 18, 2022.
