Sita Ramam, directed by Hanu Raghavapudi, is a romantic comedy set against a war backdrop. The film stars Dulquer Salmaan, Mrunal Thakur, Rashmika Mandanna, and Sumanth in the lead roles. Vishal Chandrasekhar composed the music, while Divakar Mani handled the cinematography. Produced by Swapna Cinema, the film features Dulquer Salmaan as Lieutenant Ram.
The movie premiered on Disney+ Hotstar on September 9, 2022, and later released in Hindi on November 18, 2022. The satellite rights were acquired by Star Maa. Given the film’s conclusion, where the hero dies, there are no plans for a sequel.
