The plot of Sipikkul Muthu revolves around two sisters. Because they don’t have a mother, the elder sister adores her younger sibling. The elder looks after her sibling like a mother and lavishes her with love and attention.

The younger sister falls in love with a wealthy boy, and the two plan to marry. However, the rich boy’s family requires her elder sister to marry the rich boy’s elder brother.

Things take a turn for the worse when the younger sister, who wants to marry the boy she loves, goes so far as to force her sister to abandon her dreams and accept the marriage.

The elder sister, who considers herself to be her sister’s mother, is willing to do anything her younger sister requests. But she must pay the ultimate price for the sake of her sister.

It is upsetting to learn that the man she marries is mentally disabled, and she marries the person chosen by her sister. The plot of the daily soap is what happens to the sisters’ bond and how the elder sister manages to live in the family.
