Yaru Potta Kodu is a Tamil social drama scheduled for release on 12 December 2025, directed by Lenin Vadamalai. Set in a rural village trapped by untouchability, superstition, and deeply rooted caste oppression, the story follows a bold and compassionate teacher who inspires his students to stand up for their rights. Their voices trigger a powerful movement that challenges the dominant forces controlling the village.

The fight for social justice intensifies as the teacher and his students confront the village’s oppressive systems, sparking a revolution that awakens the entire community. Backed by performances from S M Prabakaran, Meghali Meenakshi, Tuhin Che Guevara, Oviyan S, Vijay Aditiyaa, and others, the film aims to deliver a strong social message.
